Walloon 1st Sunday of the Month 7am-11am at Walloon State School
Walloon Jumble 2nd Sunday of March, May, Aug and Nov at Walloon State School
Plainland 3rd Sunday of the Month 7am-12noon next to Porter’s Plainland Hotel

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring along your dog. They must be on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. We have a bowl of water for them at the markets also. There is a Dog wash at the Plainland Market 3rdSunday of the month also.
What is a Market Jumble?
A Market Jumble is a good old all in together market. Think Garage Sale, Flea market, antiques, produce, New products, Arts and crafts, tools everything kind of market. Our other markets are not 2ndhand markets so this gives our normal stallholders to sell their wares and their other things also.
When is the next market?
Do we do a link to the website count down clocks? Or the Facebook page events?
Parking at the Markets
Walloon State School
There are two onsite carparks near the entry of the market on Haigslea – Amberley Road along with disabled carparking space near the gate.
Roadside parking, along Haigslea Amberley Road, Kells Road, Queens Road, and Short Street.
Around the corner of the school, along Karrabin Rosewood Road there are more carparks along the school, across the road from the school at the roundabout.
Please do not park in the IGA Carpark.
Porter’s Plainland Hotel
The Hotel Carpark, along the curved driveway and entry to the markets, there is also parking along the back of the Hotel near the back of the main Motel entry.
ATMs on site
Walloon – There is an ATM across the road outside the Walloon IGA on Queen Road Across from the Walloon Hotel.
Plainland – There are ATMs inside the Porter’s Plainland Hotel near the fount bar and at the back of the hotel at the Motel Main entrance.
Are their cash only Stalls?
Yes, there are a few cash only sites as we have a number of new stallholders who are starting out. We have asked that those sites display a sign that they are cash only so you are aware upon arrival at their stall.
Free Face Painting for the kids?
All of our markets have free face painting at this time. We will advertise if it is not.
Pony Rides are at a cost of $10 per child per ride, we will advertise when they are attending.
The train to the Walloon Markets
The Walloon Train station is within walking distance to the Walloon State School. The train is on the Ipswich Rosewood Line and you will need to check out the timetable for Sunday. Insert the link maybe to the QLD Rail website?

Both locations have wheelchair access and disabled toilets on site. They are both however located on grass ground and can be a bit muddy and rocky at times. If you would like to know more please contact us before the market. Link to the email form
